  1. Services
    We provide junk removal, moving, delivery, and furniture assembly services. Service details, availability, and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.

  2. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, vehicle issues, etc.).

  • Customers must provide accurate details regarding items, location, and accessibility.

  1. Pricing & Payments

  • Quotes provided are estimates; final pricing may vary depending on volume, weight, labor, or disposal fees.

  • Payment is generally due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For deliveries or pickups where the customer or buyer will not be present (for example, purchasing furniture in another state and hiring us to pick up and deliver it), we require 50% of the total payment upfront to secure the service date, with the remaining 50% due upon successful completion of the delivery. This policy ensures scheduling security and confirms customer commitment.

  • We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Checks.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the property and items to be removed, moved, or delivered.

  • Inform us of any hazardous, oversized, or restricted materials in advance.

  • Be present (or have an authorized representative) at the scheduled service time, unless prior arrangements and payment terms have been agreed upon.

  1. Restrictions
    We do not remove certain hazardous materials including but not limited to: chemicals, asbestos, explosives, or medical waste.

  2. Liability

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property or items.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Our liability for any damages is limited to the cost of the service provided.

  1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposits paid.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and work to find a new suitable time.

  1. Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable once services are completed.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in good faith.

  1. Website Use
    Content on our website (text, images, logos) is the property of Aleman Multiservices and may not be copied or used without permission. Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.

  2. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
